Rehabilitation Assistants
A rehabilitation assistant provides support to your physical therapist or physical therapy assistant by maintaining the schedule, allowing your therapist to spend optimal time with each patient under his care. The rehabilitation assistants monitor the flow of the schedule throughout the day, bringing each patient back to the treatment area on time.
They also assist in your therapy by taking you through some of their exercises and setting up modalities. Rehabilitation assistants schedule you for your appointments and make copies of the exercises that make up your home exercise program. They also maintain the cleanliness of the treatment area adding to your positive experience at our facilities.
